Hosting Plans

Find the hosting plan for you by choosing the features below that you will need.

Site Size

Site size is important. A large site will take up more resources on the server. When we know what size your site is, we know how much server space we have to allocate. Since space is limited, we like to know whether or not we need to open another server before we get going. If your site is already hosted with us, email web@occreates.com and we'll get you your current site size.

If you are unsure how big your site is (or will be), there are a few things that can help determine that:

Blog / News: A robust blog or news that is updated frequently will mean more storage is needed.
Events: Feature-rich events (especially if booking is required) will require extra storage and resources.
Page Count: If your site is just big, as in it has dozens of pages, it may need a little extra cushion.

Use these examples to guide you:

Small: ~10 or fewer pages, no blog, and no extra features or content.
Medium: 10-30 pages, a blog, maybe a few events or simple features.
Large: Over 30 pages, a robust blog, feature-rich events, maybe even a shop.
Extra Large: Lots of pages, robust blog, feature-rich events, a shop, and custom features.
For example: The OC site has about 20 pages, case studies, and a blog. It is currently about 3.5 GB, which we would consider medium.

Reviewing & Editing

ADA Review(Required)

We can review your site for ADA compliance. The WAVE tool is a free, simple tool for finding common and easy-to-correct issues. A full WCAG review includes a thorough review of WCAG guidelines and a full report. Corrections are not included in either option, but we will provide an estimate for what needs to be done.

Editing Hours Per Quarter(Required)

We offer editing hours a la carte, but if added to your hosting package they are offered at a discounted rate. Use these hours for anything you'd like us to do on your website! We'll always keep you posted on how many hours you have and how long edits are estimated to take.

Maintenance & Security

We include quarterly maintenance for all our hosted websites. This includes updating plugins, themes, and WordPress core. We'll also run a security scan and check for any issues. Small, simple sites may do just fine with quarterly maintenance. If you'd rather have peace of mind with a more up-to-date site, you can choose more frequent maintenance.

Maintenance Frequency(Required)

All our sites include a free (but robust) security plugin. Some of our clients in the public sector prefer to have premium security. The premium plugin institutes new security rules right away. Those on the free plan will receive new security rules on a 30-day delay.
