We met Jamie Lee a long time ago in a previous journey, and the universe saw fit to send her through our orbit again recently. We were looking for someone to help out with some design projects, and she had the experience we were looking for! A familiar face and talent that met the OC standard was the exact combination we needed.
Introducing Jamie! She’s been working with us as a contractor for a while now, so why are we introducing her today? Because we have now officially hired her to contribute to OC’s social media in addition to continuing her awesome design and animation work.
Jamie is a mom of two boys, a self-proclaimed “lifelong midwestern girl,” and an Iowa resident who has been freelancing full time since 2005. She runs several blogs and has done design work for such companies as ConAgra, John Deere, and the Springfield Armory. Career highlights include interviews with Martin Sheen, Rob Riner, David Muer and Jack Hanna and designing the official trading cards for Women’s World Championship Soccer early in her career.
When she’s not crafting beautiful design pieces for clients, you can find Jamie hanging out with her husband and kids doing something artistic or exploring the wonders of nature.
Our Creative Director/President/Fearless Leader, Brian Oster, has worked with Jamie in different capacities over the past decade. “I am thrilled to be working with her again – this time as part of the OC team – and am excited to have her creative talents onboard for our clients.”
We’re all excited to have her on board, and she’s happy to be part of the team.
“OC has so much heart, and that really comes from its people,” says Jamie. “The OC Creative team are some of the most passionate professionals I’ve met in my 20-year career in communications. I look forward to many more projects with them in the future!”
As do we. Welcome aboard, Jamie Lee!
