For an organization as impactful as Family Service Agency, having a brand presence that was recognizable, modern, and friendly was incredibly important to both them and their community. Thankfully, their donors recognized the need for an update and helped to make that a reality. They shopped around for a good estimate and finally decided that OC was the way to go, as we found a way to cost-effectively manage their marketing needs with a custom solution for a new logo, style guide, tagline, print material, and website. We even included a way that they could easily create, consolidate, and mail all their marketing pieces going forward.

A Lasting Legacy

With a fresh outlook for the future, they trusted OC with another special design. One of their donors passed away and left them with a legacy earmarked for a project to preserve the history of FSA. OC worked with them and delivered a 4’ x 8’ history wall inspired by the Game of Life. It showcased the organization’s rich past and helped that donor leave a lasting impact.

Refreshing and Revitalizing

Most recently, we have updated their old website into a fresh, modern hub where the community can find information and get the help they need. The old website suffered from years of bloat, as information was added and moved as the organization offered more services. We designed a clean solution that preserves the branding we had created for them previously but made all of their information easier to find. FSA loved the new website, and we were happy to further our relationship with this pillar of the community.

I worked closely with Brian and his team from OC Creative on Family Service Agency’s new branding, which included a complete overhaul of our brand. Upon completion, we ended up with an entire marketing package. OC listened to what we wanted and grew the project beyond what I had expected.
